What We Have Done

The primary mission of PACK is to lift the public’s consciousness of the reprehensible conditions in mass commercial breeding facilities known as puppy mills.
We raise awareness about puppy mills with high profile campaigns that teach the public that they can effect change to end the puppy mill trade.
We’ve organized Puppy Mill Awareness Concerts, Puppy Mill Awareness Walks, and have reached out to a few superstars to ask them for their help with our mission. We are thankful and humbled by the response we’ve received from the public and celebrities.

Puppy Mill Awareness Concert - Sound for the Hounds 2011

1st annual Puppy Mill Awareness concert at Brookdale Park in Montclair/Bloomfield, NJ came alive with the extraordinary musical talent of King Errisson of Neil Diamond’s band, Cindy Bradley, Kenny LaBelle w/TDC and Zoe.
Along with great music we had special guest from the guys of the TV Show Rescue Ink and the fun didn’t stop there, we had great food (vegan too), dog vendors and an exhibit booth.

The first Puppy Awareness Concert was such a hit, we felt compelled to do it again in 2012.

This time we asked AnneMarie Lucas from the hit show Animal Precinct. She along with nationally acclaimed animal advocate Bob Baker, Bill Smith from Main Line Animal Rescue were speakers and judges at our dog contest for this event. And for our music talent, we asked music extraordinaire, Danny Nova to perform. After Danny entertained us, The Whiskey Boys went up to the stage to give us some dog-gone good music.
